We provide natural looking treatments that can help smooth fine lines and relax facial wrinkles. By using facial muscles repeatedly throughout a lifetime, the skin is creased in areas of greatest use. The ageing process causes the slowdown of collagen and elastin production in the skin so that as we get older, these areas of over-use become damaged and the lines become permanent.
By reducing the movement of the muscles in these areas, the skin stops being creased and is allowed to recover, causing the lines to soften or even fade away. In the areas treated, the muscles are temporarily inactivated, during which time the patient can break the subconscious habit of overusing these muscles.
We can also use this treatment to correct a ‘gummy smile’.
BotoxÂź is injected with a very fine needle into a number of sites on the face including frown lines, forehead lines and crows feet. The treatment starts working gently after a period of 4 â 14 days, allowing a gradual and subtle improvement in fine lines and relaxation of wrinkles.

Dermal fillers are injectable products which are used to help restore volume or fill in various lines around the face. Dermal fillers work instantly and last between 6 and 12 months, depending on the type used. At Park Street we adopt a âless is moreâ approach, preferring a subtle natural look. We can always add more at a later date if required.
Dermal fillers are not permanent, and because the type of fillers that we use (Juvederm range) are made from hyaluronic acid, a substance that naturally occurs in the body, they dissolve naturally over time.
A very small amount of Dermal Filler is injected into specific areas on the face which can enhance lips and cheeks, and reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Effects are subtle and natural looking.
Dermal fillers last between 6 and 12 months, depending on the type of filler chosen. Treatment is always tailored to your individual needs. There is no minimum time between filler treatments. Every individual is different and Clare tailors her treatment to the individual wishes of each patient.
